January 2025 Social Meeting

Just over 30 members attended the first social meeting of the year on 21 January at Bawburgh Village Hall. Gail was kept busy throughout the evening renewing memberships with a total of 49 members signed up on the night for the 2026 season.

Mike & Eric bought along a selection of mystery objects for an informal quiz, which caused a reasonable amount of head-scratching, but the winner was Andy S with 19 correct out of a total of 28 items, well done. The runner-up had 17 correct.

The raffle was drawn and the meeting wound up around 10pm.

NOTE: There is no February social meeting (as agreed at the AGM), so the next social meeting will be 18 March 2026, 7.30 for 8pm
