To add a new Membership Form go to the front page of the CMS; once there you will a see a list of pages, click on the ‘Membership’ page, this will open up the input page for the ‘Membership’ page.
Once on the ‘Membership’ you will need to remove the existing forms by simply selecting the text that says **.pdf and pressing delete on your computer keyboard, also make sure to delete the brackets.
To add an ‘Membership Form’ you click on the ‘File’ button just above the text, the third button from the right. Use upload and then locate the file to upload and press ‘Ok’.
Finally you will need to click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page.
