How To Add Entry Forms

To add Entry Forms go to the front page of the CMS; once there you will a see a list of pages, click on the ‘Entry Forms’ page, this will open up the input page for the ‘Entry Forms’ page.

Once on the ‘Home’ page input section at the bottom is a sub section headed ‘Entry Forms’. To remove an event click on the three dots to the right of the event and click on remove, the same applies to duplicating an event but this time click on duplicate.

To add an ‘Entry Form’ you click on the ‘Add’ button just above the listed entry forms. This will display a section with three inputs ‘Entry Form Title’, ‘Entry Form Text’ and ‘Entry Form File’, fill these in with the relevant information and click the ‘Add’ button at the bottom of the section.

Finally you will need to click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page.
